Tottenham Hotspur will play host to the 'world's first' net-zero carbon football game when they face Chelsea on 19th September, in what is being hailed as a massive step forward in the sporting world’s response to growing concerns over climate change.
In partnership with Sky, and supported by The Premier League and COP26, the aptly named #GameZero will take place at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium on Sunday. The first of its kind at an elite level, #GameZero hopes to raise awareness of the climate crisis and the importance of reducing our carbon footprint.
