The 2026 UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services ™ list was revealed this morning by Great Place To Work® UK, recognising Trident Utilities among the list of organisations in the medium-sized business category.

Trident’s employees anonymously reported that as a collective celebrating special events makes the company a great place to work.

One of the practices we are particularly proud of is our flexible, trust-led approach to work, which gives colleagues the autonomy to balance client needs with life outside of work. This has helped create a culture where teams feel supported, connected and empowered to do their best work.

From a customer success perspective, that makes a real difference, when people feel trusted and motivated, they are better able to collaborate, build strong client relationships and deliver excellent outcomes.

The Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ list is created using the anonymous feedback from employees working in the industry about their workplace experience. These firms cover a diverse range of knowledge intensive roles, from legal services to management consultancy, engineering, marketing and advertising, telecoms, real estate, recruitment, and travel management to name a few.

Great Place To Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index© employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based consulting and professional services employees to determine the Best Workplaces™ list. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

Liam Salisbury, Account Manager at Trident said:

"From an account management perspective, I see every day how our culture influences the way we work with clients and with each other. Being recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services™ is a proud moment because it reflects the trust, teamwork and commitment that sit behind the service we deliver."

Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK says:

"The consulting and professional services sector continues to evolve rapidly, with organisations adapting to new technologies and changing client demands. In this environment, the very best workplaces recognise that supporting their people through periods of change is essential. Feedback from employees highlights the importance of transparent leadership, open communication, and involving people in decisions that affect them. These are the qualities that help employees feel valued, informed, and able to do their best work."

"Congratulations to Trident Utilities on achieving UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ recognition and for fostering a workplace culture that puts its people first."
