What you'll do:
As a New Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on winning new clients and introducing them to Trident’s energy solutions. You’ll use your industry knowledge and commercial insight to help businesses cut energy costs and progress towards a net zero future.
Working closely with our Business Generation and Marketing teams, you’ll build a strong pipeline of opportunities, manage the full sales process, and ensure a smooth transition for each new client. Your work will directly support Trident’s growth and our commitment to long-term, trusted partnerships.
Your key responsibilities:
Pipeline Development

Qualify prospects, generate new leads and identify potential introducers to drive business growth

Use CRM (Hubspot) tools and contact lists effectively to support prospecting and outreach

Maximise the return on marketing activity by following up on leads and campaign engagement

Collaborate with the Business Generation team to maintain a strong, well-targeted appointment schedule
Pipeline Management

Plan and attend client meetings, maintaining strategic account plans for high-value prospects

Prepare tailored presentation decks and formal proposals that align with client needs

Communicate relevant product developments and negotiate deals to successful close

Build lasting relationships with prospects, partners and decision-makers
Reporting

Maintain and update accurate pipeline reports and provide accurate monthly sales reporting

What you'll do:
As a Business Sales executive, you’ll join a team of experienced salespeople within a fast-growing area of the energy industry. You’ll play a key role in supporting our new business efforts, generating high-quality leads and appointments and promoting Trident’s full range of services to prospective clients.
This is a great opportunity to build your sales skills in a supportive environment, with a generous basic salary, an uncapped commission structure, and plenty of room to grow. You’ll be part of a fun, collaborative team where your ideas and energy will be valued.
Your key responsibilities:

Qualify prospects by identifying key decision-makers and assessing energy spend, using HubSpot and contact lists to support outreach

Arrange high-quality initial and subsequent meetings for the field sales team, ensuring Trident is promoted professionally

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional individual to join our Finance team on a part-time basis (3 days per week), following the departure of a key team member. This is a standalone role within the finance team, with responsibilities focused on maintaining strong and constructive debtor relationships and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts.
A key aspect of the role is the provision of clear, accurate, and regular reporting to management on debtor positions, risks, collection progress, and any issues requiring escalation, supporting informed decision-making and effective financial oversight
Key Responsibilities:
- Debtor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with our customers.
- Sales Invoice Process: Develop a solid understanding of our products and sales invoice procedures.
- Customer Query Resolution: Respond to and resolve invoice and payment-related queries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Debt Collection: Proactively follow up on outstanding and upcoming debts, ensuring customers adhere to agreed payment terms and contractual obligations.
- Teamwork: Ensure efficient collaboration with sales, customer service, and finance teams to support smooth invoicing and payment processes and promptly resolve any issues impacting customer accounts.
- Debtor report management: ensuring accuracy and detail of current position and reporting regularly to wider team.
- Ad Hoc Finance Support: Assist with additional finance-related tasks and duties as they arise.
What We're Looking For:

Experience in credit control or accounts receivable, chasing debts and building relationships.
