Since our nomination in the same category last year, our customer service function has continued to demonstrate durability and resilience during a tough time for the sector. Our ethos is, and always has been, to provide excellent customer service and build long-term partnerships with our customers, which is evidenced by our 20+ year relationships with customers and our enviable customer retention and satisfaction rates.
We were also really proud to have been finalists in four other categories this year; Consultancy of the Year (Large), Most Trusted Consultancy (Large), Best Business Solutions – Innovation & Technology, and Net Zero Hero.
