New for this year, the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development List recognises companies making employee development a key part of company culture. These workplaces offer employees the chance to better themselves, to learn new skills, and to progress within the organisation. They understand that development is not one-size-fits-all, and they actively support every single employee to undertake their own tailored journey of growth. Because of this, their people are fuelled by a sense of purpose, feel valued by their employer, and give their best to the organisation.
Our inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges our commitment to development, innovation and employee growth. Over the past 12 months, we have introduced numerous new benefits and procedures to solidify our commitment to employee development, including the undertaking of two new people who have joined the business on a graduate scheme, along with various training opportunities from a wellbeing and management point of view.
To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development List, Great Place to Work® reviewed our culture, benefits, approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from our employees. They then used these data insights to benchmark our company's employee value proposition against the culture our employees actually experience. Only the businesses that achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
From our anonymous employee feedback, we can see that overall, our team highly commends our dedication to ongoing learning, individual growth, and the culture of knowledge exchange across our business.
