How long have you been working at Trident?

12 Years.

Why do you like working at Trident?

Helen makes my opinion matter – I work with people across the company who are funny/talented – I am encouraged to try new things out and if it doesn’t work I am supported to learn, dust myself off and try again, I love my job and the team I work with.

What was your first job?

I was an office junior (16) at Simon Rosedowns and to this day we still all see each other and have never lost contact, Trident even deal with people I worked with all those years ago (and they still remembered me as the little junior)

What is your greatest achievement?

Beating cancer.

How is working from home different than working in the office? What do you miss the most?

The dog has no idea what day of the week it is now! I miss seeing my teammates and the banter around the office environment.

What is your favourite part of your role at Trident?

The satisfaction when a long outstanding debt comes in, I have been chasing for months.

What is your favourite thing to do outside of work?

Shopping, weekends away, annual crufts trip, family time.

Name one surprising positive feature of Coronavirus and lockdown?

My garden has never looked so neat and tidy.

Where would you like to travel when we get through Coronavirus?

Back to Mauritius – business class.

What is the best thing about working at Trident?

Home time!!! And I Love my job!! Trident has supported me through several sad times the support I received from Dave / Michael /Darren was beyond belief from a company. Its not just working for Trident it’s a big extended family and we all pull together as one big team.

Anything else you would like to say?

I give a big shout out to my new boss Helen she is the best, I love working alongside Charlotte too, she is Trident going forward, very willing to learn everything about Finance and with Helen by her side  to guard her, she has the best teacher she could wish for, the support she gives us is unreal. Thank you, Helen.
